TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENROLLMENT

Prospective Students may create an account without technically enrolling into a course. Courses can be paid for and enrolled into from within your login at a later time if desired.

Or Students can enroll directly into a Course and obtain an account login by default at that time.

REQUIREMENTS

Students are required to have moderate skills in reading and writing in the English language. A reliable internet source and laptop or ipad device will be required to complete online lessons.

Printer and scanner assess is typically required for assignment submissions, however if a scanner is not available, Students may take a photo of the assignment against a white background and upload if a scanner is not available.

Kit purchases are optional. Students may choose to self obtain necessary kit items for practical lessons.

TESTS AND ASSIGNMENTS

Students are required to complete all theory lessons, assignments and pass all quizzes with a minimum grade of 80%. Quiz re-attempt features are available for Students to use as required. Final Tests and Practical exams require a passing grade of 80% and can also be re-attempted as required.

Quizzes and Final Tests are conducted online. Assignments and Practical Exam require uploading photos and related projects. Re-attempts are permitted where necessary.

REFUND POLICY

Any deposit(s) or tuition amounts paid is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstance.

Payments made will be held on file as a credit for up to 24 months from the Enrollment date. Paid amounts may be used towards any online Course available in the GLOW College Cloud Campus.

The tuition credit may not be redeemed for a cash value or used towards the purchase of kits or products.

Online Enrollment fees cover the cost of the virtual Seat along with tuition values. Students have the option to purchase a kit from the College or self obtain necessary products to learn and practice with. Kit purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

Student information will be kept in confidence only for the purposes of making contact or for notifications.

As a condition of enrolling, the Student agrees to not copy or redistribute course materials including text and video lessons. Student also agrees to keep login information private and not share with others during the course or thereafter.

CERTIFICATION

Upon successful completion of each course, with an average passing grade of 80%, a digital Certificate will be generated and released within the Students login.
